Steve Loschiavo
Head of IT Strategy & Consulting

Steve Loschiavo is an accomplished IT executive with over two decades of leadership experience guiding enterprise technology, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and policy review and writing across corporate, healthcare, manufacturing, government, insurance, and investigative sectors. As Head of IT Strategy & Consulting at Investigative Risk Management, Steve delivers executive-level direction across client environments aligning technology, governance, operational strategy, and policies to enhance efficiency, compliance, and organizational resilience.

At IRM, Steve leads modernization and cybersecurity initiatives that strengthen business continuity, data protection, and operational scalability. His work focuses on developing long-term IT roadmaps, governance frameworks, policies, and vendor management programs that drive accountability, transparency, and measurable outcomes for clients.

Prior to joining IRM, Steve served as Vice President of Information Technology for NFI Industries (Canada), where he led national technology integrations, system unifications, and enterprise change management initiatives. Before that, as Vice President of IT at SDR Distribution Services, he directed enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity governance, digital transformation strategies, and policies supporting growth and acquisition readiness.

Earlier in his career, Steve held senior IT leadership roles with the Central Local Health Integration Network (LHIN), Apollo HBC, and the City of Mississauga, where he built secure, compliant, and high-availability IT environments serving thousands of users across regulated industries. He has also provided technical advisory services to investigative and forensic teams through the Investigative Research Group, specializing in digital forensics, e-discovery, and network security.
