Mr. Russ Dow is a retired Toronto Police Services officer who has over 12 years in the investigative industry. Mr. Dow has been involved in both as an insurance adjuster and private investigator. He is a licensed private investigator with the Private Security & Investigative Services of Ontario with many years as a SIU Insurance investigator for a major Insurance company.
