Paul Beesley

Paul Beesley is a retired senior police executive who remains at the forefront in developing innovative public safety programs and leading organizational change. He is a respected law enforcement leader with strong interpersonal skills who represented the Ontario Provincial Police and the Province of Ontario at the provincial, national and international levels on front-line policing issues including victim support, major case management, cybercrime, organized crime, financial crime and intelligence.
Retired Chief Superintendent Beesley provided strategic, tactical and operational leadership to over 650 members of the Ontario Provincial Police in the delivery of specialize front-line investigative services across Ontario to OPP detachments and municipal police services. Through his management consulting firm, MCM Professional Service Inc (Canada) Retired Chief Superintendent Beesley is actively involved in the development and strategic renewal of investigative programs to ensure public value and enhance public safety with both private and public sector entities.
Paul Beesley holds a BBA from Simon Fraser University and a M.Sc., in public policy and management from the Centre for Financial and Management Studies at the University of London, He is a Member of the Order of Merit of Police Forces.
