With over 30 years of experience in occupational health and wellness, Lucie founded Fournier Health Management Solutions in 1999 to empower organizations to manage disability effectively. Ms. Fourier’s expertise spans diverse sectors, including healthcare, municipalities, automotive, retail, and construction, where she has developed comprehensive strategies tailored to both union and non-union environments.

Lucie Fournier specializes in creating policies that prioritize rehabilitation and early return-to-work initiatives, aiming to enhance employee well-being while containing costs. As a Registered Nurse and Canadian Certified Occupational Health Nurse, she brings a strong clinical background to her work, complemented by her qualifications in psychology and coaching.

Ms. Fourier’s commitment to promoting mental health in the workplace is reflected in her advisory role for health and safety committees and her contributions as a faculty member at Conestoga College. Ms. Fournier along with IRM, believes proactive disability management not only supports employees but also drives organizational success.
