Lauren is a lawyer with a background in human rights, administrative and employment law. She has over 10 years of experience in the area of human rights. Lauren is a trusted investigator and mediator, specializing in restorative approaches to conflict resolution. Lauren has conducted, guided, facilitated and/or consulted on numerous workplace investigations, mediations and/or Human Rights Tribunal matters.

She has developed and conducted a variety of human rights oriented educational workshops on topics such as, jurisdictional human rights issues for Indigenous persons and accommodation obligations for managers. Lauren also has experience drafting policies and procedures within the realm of human rights, workplace harassment and conflict resolution.
