Mr. Nitin Pardal studied law at the University of Ottawa and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012. In 2020, Nitin completed his Master of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School with a specialization in Dispute Resolution. Nitin commenced his legal career as an employment lawyer, devoting his practice to all areas of employment litigation and human rights. Nitin went on to be employed in-house at municipal transit agency as a Human Rights Consultant. During this time, Nitin honed and developed his skills in conducting workplace investigations and mediations into alleged contraventions of human rights legislation and workplace policies.

As a lawyer, Nitin is adept at comprehending and applying legislation and case law to a particular set of facts.
