Lynia’s 25 years experience of conducting investigations into allegations of harassment and workplace violence, racism, code of conduct violations, bullying, poisoned work environments, and other problematic workplace behaviour will greatly benefit your organization.  Lynia is also available to assist clients understand their internal issues through workplace assessments.

Lynia is a designated Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) with training in Advanced Alternate Dispute Resolution, Advanced Techniques in Conducting Internal Workplace Investigations, and Sexual Harassment and Violence Investigations.

Lynia is a designated Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) with training in Advanced Alternate Dispute Resolution, Advanced Techniques in Conducting Internal Workplace Investigations, and Sexual Harassment and Violence Investigations.
